As part of our quest to participate in at least 30 community and volunteer activities to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2010, HMA Public Relations is pleased to announce it is partnering with client Sanford-Brown College in Phoenix in a donation drive to help our troops.

From now until Monday, November 1 at 5 p.m., HMA is collecting items from the list below.

The donation drive is being organized by Rosio Campbell at Sanford-Brown, whose cousin is in the Army and currently deployed.

“Recently, I sent my cousin a care package, and he mentioned that there were a few guys within his unit who were not receiving anything from home because they are single or they just don’t have a lot of family,” said Campbell. “So, I immediately thought we could make it a campus-wide project to make sure the entire unit is taken care of. After all, they are risking their lives to take care of us.”

Campbell’s cousin, a felloe Arizona resident, and his troop are deployed to Afghanistan FOB Farrah. They’ve been deployed sine the summer and will not return to the United States until July 2011.

All items can be dropped off to the HMA office at 3610 N. 44th St. #110 in Phoenix. We are just south of Indian School on 44th Street. Also, feel free to drop us a line at 602-957-8881 or abailin@hmapr.com for more information.

Thanks in advance for your generosity!
