The Phoenix Chapter of PRSA will, in a way, be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day early this year with its Wednesday, March 16 luncheon.

No, they will not be serving green beer. But, they will be hosting a panel of experts who will discuss what is means to be “green” in public relations.

The panel will discuss:

  • How to differentiate your organization or client from the rest of the green market.
  • Consumer trends towards sustainable products and services.
  • Social responsibility, green washing and green marketing.
  • What metrics can PR pros use to measure sustainability practices?
  • How do these measures translate into bottom-line customers or dollars for organizations?

The panelists include:

The cost is $25 for members and $40 for non-members, but only if you register here by March 14. Otherwise, walk-ins will pay $5 extra.

As usual the luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The location this time around is the Disability Empowerment Center.

Hope to see you all there – and don’t be scared to wear green a day early!
