So, this week I did something I never thought I would do – I was able to effectively use MySpace to contact a member of the media who was not reachable via phone or email to defuse a potential crisis situation. Sure, I have had several clients and other vendors start MySpace pages on behalf of their events or other service offerings, but this was certainly a first for me. How about you? Comment below.
