It’s a sad day in the HMA office. One of our favorite members of the media, the Phoenix Business Journal’s Chris Casacchia, is leaving us – and Phoenix.

He’s accepted a job as finance reporter at the Orange County Business Journal where he will cover some of the largest companies in the country.

His last day is July 2 – after that, you can still reach him here.

So long, Chicago homer! Please don’t start cheering for the Lakers!
