Where would we be if we didn’t have mentors? I’ve had the benefit of some really great mentors throughout my career, I hope I’ve returned the favor when I’ve agreed to serve in that role for others.
But what does it take to build a successful mentor relationship? Do these relationships have sustainability? Do they need to?
