Scott CircleEach year, the Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), of which I am on the board of directors, accepts nominations for its prestigious Gold & Silver Circle Awards.

The Silver Circle Award recognizes individuals with extraordinary service to television industry and community for more than 25 years, with the majority being spent in the Rocky Mountain Region (Arizona, new Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and El Centro, California) – our own Scott Hanson, in fact, has been honored in recent years. The Gold Circle Award recognizes individuals who have served in the industry for a minimum of 50 years.

Members or non-members may nominate individuals deserving of this honor. Acceptable nominees are broadcast journalists including talent, creative, technical, administrative, education and commercial production. Click Here for the 2014 Nomination Form.

Please note nominations close on February 22, 2014.
