In today's business world, loyalty is a very powerful concept. Decades ago, younger employees would stay at a job for several years, older employees a little longer. Today, employees may not consider loyalty to an employer to be as important as it once was.
So how do you go about instilling loyalty in your employees? Do you set a good example and show that you take work seriously? Are you friendly but not their friend? Do you reward them and foster a team mentality?
