W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been selected as the plumbing contractor for the third tower at the 43-acre Hayden Ferry Lakeside project overlooking Tempe Town Lake.

W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling will install the sanitary waste, domestic water and storm water piping for the 10-story, 265,000-square-foot office building and the first-floor parking garage. 

Ryan Cos. is the general contractor.

W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was also the plumbing contractor on the second phase of the project, completing plumbing work in 2007 for the site’s second office building, parking garage and retail center.

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. was the general contractor for those projects.
