W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Selected as Plumbing Contractor for Phase IV of CityScape Phoenix

W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been selected as the plumbing contractor for Phase IV of CityScape Phoenix.

W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling will be responsible for the design and building of the infrastructure, including waste, water and gas piping for the 13-story addition of 224 new apartments.   The new construction will be an addition to the 242-room, 10-story Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix. Hunt Construction Group is the general contractor.

W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling had completed the plumbing for Phases I, II and III of CityScape Phoenix, the central hub of downtown Phoenix. This is the place where people come together for dining, nightlife, shopping, entertainment, business, community events and celebrations of all kinds.
