Grant Thornton Appoints Diane Darling Manager in Corporate Tax Services

PHOENIX, April 17, 2013—Grant Thornton LLP is pleased to announce Diane Darling as its newest manager in the Corporate Tax Service practice. In her role, Darling will be responsible for income tax return and provision engagement for mid-size businesses.

Darling brings more than 10 years of tax and audit experience to the position. Previously, Darling served as a tax manager at CBIZ-MHM LLC in Phoenix. She has also developed local, national and global audit programs as well as performed SOX 404 testing and 123-R calculations.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in international business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale.
