Ilana Lowery, editor of the Phoenix Business Journal, lead the Q&A portion of the discussion.

Last night the Phoenix Business Journal hosted a panel of experts, including HMA’s very own Abbie S. Fink, to discuss social media in the business place. Other members of the panel were Adam Kress, the new media editor for the Phoenix Business Journal, and Karen R. Glickstein, shareholder at Polsinelli Shughart, a nationwide law firm that sponsored the event.

The event, held at J & G Steakhouse in the Phoenician, was called “B2B Social Media Event,” but I am hesitant to refer to it as so because one of the biggest takeaways is that social media marketing is becoming less B2B and more B2P. 1. It was a great event and with standing room only the crowd was eager for more! We were so glad to see such a strong turnout for a debut event – no doubt the panel, topic and power of social media is what helped us to success! Thank you Abbie for your participation, your expertise is gold.

And of course a shout out to @ChicagoCabbie http://twitter.com/#!/ChicagoCabbie for being our example of successful social media marketing!

  3. Thank you very much every one of you for giving me such respect & honor. All I would like to say that I love what I’m doing. I never look at it as business I look at it a place where I hangout & make friends. I don’t even like to use the term followers cause all of them are my friends. Thanks again for all the love, specially most wonderful Abbie. 🙂
