In Randy Hall’s presentation at Counselors Academy he talked about culture. What really struck me is that culture is stronger than any strategy you will ever develop. Culture impacts nearly every decision you will make and it can be consciously designed and created. So be sure to create a culture that encourages a commitment to your business, sets high expectations, lets your team believe in those expectations and helps others believe in them, too.
